Instructions for authors

  • Oral presentations: 

Oral presentations will be allocated a 20 minutes time slot, including 15 minutes presentation and 5 minutes for questions and answers.

  • Poster presentations:

Each poster should be formatted to fit a maximum size of standard A0 Portrait format (841 x 1189 mm). 

Poster boards and pins to hang your poster will be provided.
